Liberties, the beautiful Art Nouveau-themed restaurant at the Mannin Hotel, was still a work in progress when Head Chef Andy McGrath was appointed. But it has been a dream job for him to help create a brand new dining experience and stamp his mark on the menu of one of the most stylish venues in town.

Bar & Restaurant
Fabulous new hotel, beautifully decorated. An excellent restaurant, Manx Queenie's & steak are a must. All staff are a credit to the hotel. Nothing was to much trouble.

This year during TT we are serving carvery dinners. Carvery is available from Thursday 31st of May until Friday 8th of June, bookings between 18:00-22:00.
Two course meal (main + dessert) is priced at only £15.00 per person.
